Jack G. Rosenow was a 1953 graduate from Fife High School and a scholarship recipient. He became a successful trial attorney and the lead partner in his law firm, which had offices in Tacoma and Seattle. Jack was an exceptionally hard worker who valued education and dedicated his life to a career helping others through the practice of law. This memorial scholarship supports one student with their first year college expenses.

Applicants must be a senior graduating from Fife High School.
Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or better.
Applicant must NOT have any other family member that has received college degree, program or certificate.
Applicants must be attending one of the following schools:
- University of Washington
- Washington State University
- Western Washington University
- Central Washington University
