The Marvin P. Belknap Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1993 in memory of Marvin Belknap, who served as Fife High School principal from 1945 to 1970. He was tough but fair and much admired by both teachers and students. He attended all the school events, games, and dances. In the 1960s, Marvin established the divisions for the Washington State high school sports leagues (by school size) and worked to get them accepted by the school associations across the state. ​

  • Applicants must be a senior graduating from Fife High School.  

  • Applicants must plan to attend an accredited vocational school or two- or four-year college

  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need
