The Victor L. Lyon and Elise W. Lyon Fund was established in 1992 as a memorial to Victor Lyon. The fund perpetuates the community involvement that Victor and Elise Lyon shared for many years.

Applicants must be a senior graduating from Fife High School.
Applicants must plan to attend an accredited vocational school or two- or four-year college
Applicants must demonstrate
- Financial need,
- Good citizenship,
- And a strong desire to continue their education and be a positive influence in the community.
